AB Volvo has signed an agreement worth $900m (RMB: 5.6bn) with the the Chinese vehicle manufacturer Dongfeng Motor Group Company Limited (DFG) to acquire 45% of a new subsidiary of DFG, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicles (DFCV).
